Our story
Esperaly started from a simple observation: most queue systems still force teams into proprietary kiosks, printers, and multi-year contracts—when a phone, a tablet, and a TV already do the job.
We build software that runs in the browser. Customers join with a QR code or kiosk, keep a live ticket on their phone, and staff call the next person from a realtime counter dashboard. Displays update on any screen you already own.
Product mission
Make walk-in queues shorter and clearer for small and mid-size operations—without seat fees, location surcharges, or locked-in hardware. Setup should fit in an afternoon, not a project plan.
