They check in. You call next.

Walk-ins join by QR. Booked visitors check in. Pickup windows and office lobbies use the same counter screen. The waiting room updates on any TV you already own.

Simple pricing — $49.99 per counter / month · everything included

QR at the door. Counter on a screen. Queue on any TV.

Pick a starting list—walk-in, appointments, pickup, or office visitors—then go live on phones and screens you already own. Opinionated defaults, not thirty configuration screens.

  1. Put a QR at the door

Print a join poster—or pair a tablet kiosk. Visitors scan and join from their phone. Booked arrivals use the same check-in.

  2. Open the counter dashboard

Staff call, serve, skip, and recall from one clear screen. Arrivals shows today’s bookings. “Who’s next?” never needs training.

  3. Put the queue on any TV

Pair a browser-capable display. Live updates land instantly—no proprietary players, no refresh roulette.

For the desks where “who’s next?” actually matters

The table stakes, done properly

QR join, counters, live tickets, booked arrivals, pickup windows, office visitors, kiosks, and TV displays—realtime and reliable. Staff accounts get WorkOS-backed sign-in with optional authenticator MFA. Enough for nearly every normal desk, without the enterprise maze.

  • Customers join in seconds

Customers join your queue instantly by scanning a QR code—no app download and no ticket printer required.

  • Staff always know who's next

Call, serve, and transfer from one clear counter screen so your team spends less time managing the line.

  • Customers stay informed

Visitors see their place, wait estimate, and when they're called—so they stop asking the front desk.

  • Walk-ins, bookings, pickup, visitors

Start with a walk-in queue, booked arrivals, a pickup window, or office visitors. Same ticket and counter product—different starting list.

  • Clear updates in the waiting room

Turn any browser-capable TV into a live display showing who's being served—no proprietary screens required.

  • No expensive hardware

Start with a printed QR code on phones your customers already carry. Add a tablet kiosk or smart TV later if you need them.

Questions before you go live?

Built for real service desks—clinics, councils, campuses, salons, pickup windows, and reception. No customer app, optional devices, simple setup.

Do customers need to install an app?
No. They scan a QR code, join in the browser, and keep their live ticket open on their phone—ideal for clinics, councils, campuses, pickup windows, and walk-in counters.
Can we use our existing tablets and TVs?
Yes. Esperaly is browser-based. Pair an iPad, Android tablet, or smart TV you already own—there's no hardware lock-in.
Can we collect extra customer details?
Yes. Add fields to each service so staff get what they need before the customer reaches the counter—text, contact details, dates, choices, consent, ratings, address, and more.
How quickly can a location go live?
Most teams print a QR and take their first ticket in minutes. A full location with services and a waiting-room TV usually lands well under an hour—often with nothing more than a phone and a printed code.
Can we take appointments as well as walk-ins?
Yes. Turn appointments on per service. Customers book a slot on a public page; staff see today’s Arrivals and check them in—that mints a normal ticket onto the same desk. Walk-ins and bookings can share a location. It is not a full calendar suite or EMR.
Can we run pickup windows or office visitors?
Yes. Pickup starts at Ready, then called, collected, or uncollected. Office visitors use waiting, host notified, and with host. Email or Slack automations can ping the host when someone arrives.
How does pricing work?
One simple rate: $49.99 per counter per month after a 7-day free trial. Choose a named bundle—Starter (2 counters), Growth (5), or Scale (10)—or any other count. No per-user, location, kiosk, display, visit, or ticket fees. Everything included.
Is staff sign-in secure? Do you support MFA?
Yes. Owner and staff accounts sign in through WorkOS AuthKit. Anyone can turn on authenticator-app MFA (TOTP) from account settings—included on every plan, not locked behind enterprise SSO. That protects access to your counter dashboard and guest ticket details if a password is compromised.
