A counter is a place staff call the next ticket from: a clinic window, a salon chair, a service advisor, or a pickup pass. You are not billed per staff login. Extra people can sign in on the counter you already run.
The free plan is the full product for one counter: one kiosk, one waiting-room display, and 300 tickets a month. When you outgrow that, each extra counter is $49.99 per month after a 14-day trial. Put those counters in one site or several. Locations are not a separate charge.
SMS alerts are an optional add-on that is not on sale yet. Today the customer’s phone plays a sound, vibrates, and shows a notification when staff call their ticket. Questions about a bill go to support@esperaly.com.
