Our story
Esperaly started from a simple observation: most queue systems still force teams into proprietary kiosks, printers, and multi-year contracts—when a phone, a tablet, and a TV already do the job.
We build software that runs in the browser. Customers join with a QR code or kiosk, keep a live ticket on their phone, and staff call the next person from a realtime counter—or check them in on the tickets board when there is no serving window. Booked arrivals, pickup kiosks, office visitors, and class check-in use the same ticket model. Displays update on any screen you already own.
Product mission
