Use case
Class nights without a serving Counter
Hot yoga, pilates, gym classes. Guests pick the session at a kiosk. Staff mark them present on the tickets board—Registered, checked in, waitlisted.
Studios and gyms do not need a numbered serving window to know who showed up. The job is a door list: who registered, who is in the room, who is waitlisted if the class is full.
Event check-in is Esperaly’s board starting list. Tickets start as Registered. Staff check people in on the tickets board. Waitlisted and no-show are there when the room is full or someone does not arrive. There is no Counter to Call Next from—and that is the point.
Put a tablet at the door or print a QR. Guests pick Hot yoga, Pilates, Strength—or whatever you name the Services. It is not a class-booking marketplace, membership CRM, or Mindbody replacement. Turn appointments on for a Service if you want booked slots to check in as Tickets.
How it works
Kiosk or QR at the door
Guests choose the class they are here for. Same join as any other Service—no app, no paper clipboard.
Staff run the tickets board
Registered becomes checked in when they walk in. Waitlisted if the room is full. No-show if they never arrive.
Skip the serving Counter
Event check-in is a board workflow. Open a Counter later if you add a retail desk—not because every location needs one.
Problems this solves
- Clipboards at the door on class nights
- Instructors guessing who is waitlisted versus who paid
- Buying a visitor kiosk appliance for a two-room studio
- A queue product that assumes every site has a Call Next window
Who it’s for
- Hot yoga and pilates studios
- Gym class and session check-in
- Campus rec and community workshops
- Meetup and event doors without a ticket window
What changes day to day
The list matches the door
Registered, checked in, waitlisted—language a studio already uses, not a fake consult queue.
Guests self-select the class
Hot yoga and pilates do not share one informal line. Each Service is its own check-in.
No Counter required
Staff work the tickets board. Instructors are not billed as seats.
