How the calculator works

Esperaly bills $49.99 per billable unit per month. Each active location uses at least one unit (one included counter). Additional counters at that location are extra units. Staff users are unlimited.

Monthly cost = units × $49.99. Annual software cost = monthly × 12. Enter total units, not just desks.

Hardware budget is optional and one-time. Many teams reuse existing tablets and TVs; enter a budget only if you plan to buy devices.

Caveats

  • This tool prices Esperaly software only. Taxes, payment processor fees, and device purchases are separate.
  • Enter billable units: each location is at least 1 (includes one counter), plus extra active counters. Disabled counters and staff logins do not count.
