How the calculator works

Esperaly bills $49.99 per open counter per month (from our published rate). Staff users and locations are unlimited—counters are the only meter.

Monthly cost = counters × $49.99. Annual software cost = monthly × 12.

Hardware budget is optional and one-time. Many teams reuse existing tablets and TVs; enter a budget only if you plan to buy devices.
