Use case
Every visitor keeps a live Ticket on their phone
Place in line, status updates, and the moment they are called—without an app install. The Ticket is just a browser page.
A Ticket is useless if the visitor cannot see it. Paper stubs get lost. Wall displays only help people standing in the room. SMS packs add cost and delay.
Esperaly Tickets live in the mobile browser. After joining (QR or kiosk), visitors keep one page open: where they are in line, and when a Counter calls them.
Staff still run the queue from Counters. The phone Ticket is the visitor’s window into the same live system—not a separate waitlist product bolted on the side.
How it works
Join once
Visitor scans a QR or uses a kiosk, picks a Service, and lands on their Ticket page.
Wait with status
They can leave the desk area. The Ticket page stays current as the queue moves.
Called on the phone
When staff call the Ticket from a Counter, the phone updates so the visitor knows it is their turn.
Problems this solves
- Visitors keep asking the front desk for updates
- Paper tickets disappear or get mixed up between family members
- You do not want to force an app download for a five-minute visit
- SMS or WhatsApp packs are expensive or unreliable for your volume
Who it’s for
- Busy clinics and service centres with restless lobbies
- Any desk where visitors wander to a café or car park while waiting
- Teams that tried SMS waitlists and disliked the per-message cost
What changes day to day
Fewer “am I next?” interruptions
Status lives on the visitor’s phone, so staff can focus on serving Counters.
No app store friction
A browser Ticket works on the phones people already unlocked to scan your QR.
Same system as staff
Calling a Ticket on the Counter is what updates the phone—one source of truth.
